If you are looking for support or to talk to someone, you can drop in at the Carers Corner in the Trelawney Cafe, located at the Royal Cornwall Hospital. It is a collaborate effort between PET, Admiral Nurses Team and the CCS Team to bring carers a drop in support, where they can offer signposting and support to find what you need to better aid you in your caring role.
